We offer a 1/2 hour CrossFit Foundations Class, Mon-Friday 8:30am, Mon-Friday 6pm, and we have a Womens only CrossFit Foundations class on Fridays at 4pm. CrossFit Foundations is your entry portal to our group classes.  We take the time to teach the fundamentals of complex movements essential to CrossFit.  You will acquire the skills necessary to train in our advanced group classes.  This is ideal for beginners because we strive for high quality coaching and training.  Make no mistake though, even our fittest members will find the workouts challenging.

Then we have our CrossFit Performance classes at 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Noon, 2pm, 5pm and 7 pm (Mon to Friday).

Utilize the skills you learn in CrossFit Foundations and join us in our advanced group.  In CrossFit Performance we foster a more intense and complex training regimen.  We use more weightlifting into our constantly varied programming to build stronger athletes and to push the envelope of your physical potential.

Want to be ready for anything?  This is it, general physical preparedness at its finest.  Our CrossFit Performance athletes are comprised of those that are keen on keeping track of personal stats, measuring success and improvement with tangible data.

We have a free Learn to CrossFit class on Saturdays at 10am.  Come enjoy those as many times as you would like.  It is necessary to sign up for them, (crossfitcerberus@rocketmail.com) space is limited.
