Our newest members start with personal training introductory sessions to prepare them for our regular classes. These sessions are informational and instructional, designed for anyone new to CrossFit. These personalized sessions slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. We set you up for success.
