Our newest members start with personal training introductory sessions to prepare them for our regular classes. These sessions are informational and instructional, designed for anyone new to CrossFit. These personalized sessions slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. We set you up for success.

If you want to make serious gains on your goals as an experienced Crossfitter or are just looking for a more individualized training experience, personal training is the way to go. Meet with your personal coach one-on-one and get personalized programming to make significant, efficient progress. Your coach will get to know you and your goals on a detailed level to ensure your success. Whether you’ve hit a plateau you need to push through, or want to start training for a specific event or competition, personal training will get you there.
