This is designed for beginners. This is a 6 week back to the basics challenge that will prepare you for the rest of your fitness journey.

To participate you must be ready to:

  • TRAIN AT OUR FACILITY 3 DAYS A WEEK
  • COMMIT TO FINISHING THE ENTIRE 6 WEEKS, THIS WILL BE INTENSE
  • TO BE COACHED BY OUR FUN AND EXPERIENCED STAFF
  • HAVE THE DESIRE AND STRENGTH TO STICK TO A PROVEN NUTRITION PROGRAM
  • WORK HARD AND HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE WHILE SUPPORTING YOUR CLASS MATES
