    I love the community aspect as well as the competition with others and myself.

    Chicken stir fry with veggies and rice cooked in an instapot.

  • Favorite thing to do when you’re not coaching/working?

    Travel! I love to see new places and experience new things!!

    Fallout Boy or 90's hip hop

    Podcast- Eat To Perform. Favorite books - Hunger Games series. Favorite Movies - Lord of the Rungs Trilogy or Les Meseriables.

  • Previous sporting experiences and successes?

    In 2012 I ran a full marathon 26.2. I've run multiple half marathons and did a triathlon. I played Basketball, Volleyball, Softball and ran track in highschool. I played softball in college. I coached my daughter's 11/12 volleyball team to league champions. I've taught yoga since 2006. I've competed in several CrossFit competitions over the years.
