The reason I teach Yoga is so I can help my fellow athletes find the benefits that I have found. For CrossFitters It helps with delayed onset muscle soreness and any flexibility or mobility issues. Yoga helps runners stretch the muscles in their legs as well as the often overlooked Iliotibial or IT band as well as helping with core strength.
