Are You New To CrossFit?

We take the time to meet personally with everyone before they join a class.  We are looking for people that are ready to train 3 days a week at our gym.

  • This is not a “biggest loser” type challenge
  • Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome.
  • Must enjoy working in a group environment. This is not an individual experience, you will be apart of a class, of a group of people working hard on self improvement.

Are You An Experienced CrossFitter?

You know how to:

  • Back Squat / Deadlift / Bench Press / Shoulder Press
  • Burpee / Ring Row / KB swing / Wall ball
  • Rowing / Single Unders / box jump

You have practice:

  • Clean & Jerk / Snatch / Handstands / Kipping

You can safely:

  • Run / Jump / Hang from a bar / Burpee

We do not need perfection, just safety.  Its not about how strong you are, its about how hard you try.
