6-Week Bootcamp Challenge

You do not need to be in good shape to start.  This is designed for beginners.  This is a 6 week back to the basics challenge that will prepare you for the rest of your fitness journey.

To participate you must be ready to:
  • Train at our facility 3 days a week
  • Commit to finishing the entire 6 weeks, this will be intense
  • To be coached by our fun and experienced staff
  • Have the desire and strength to stick to a proven nutrition program
  • Work hard and have a positive attitude while supporting your class mates
